Company Support
• Businesses will receive a free 90 minute consultation to discuss what support Kentish HR can provide for you. We can meet at the workplace, at a mutual location or hold a meeting remotely to discuss exact requirements.
• It’s important to meet who you will be working with and to establish how Kentish HR provide the service.
• Options and costs will be provided and advice can start at any point after Kentish HR have all information required to proceed.
Options may be:
• One-Off service required for one particular process (e.g. disciplinary) or time restricted transaction (e.g. redundancy due to site closure on a certain date)
• Retained HR Support for ongoing advice
Employee Support
• Employees will receive a free 30 minute consultation to discuss their situation and advice can start straight away if the matter is already affecting you.
All Support
• Free consultations are provided on a no obligation basis.
